This year the bi-annual international event will be held in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, on 22-26 October 2012.

The conference theme is Urban mobility to (re)shape cities, and topics that are likely to feature at the event include mobility management in the face of rapid urban expansion, paratransit regulation and integration, and non-motorised transport development in the Global South.
